Team Arctic Leader

Introducing the Leader for Team Arctic
No idea for his name yet
As a kid he was attacked by a (trainer's) Pokemon which ended up costing him his left eye and leaving scars all over his body, which caused him to hate people. He was raised in the Snowy mountains in the region while growing up, so he used to play with the Ice type Pokemon, and is completely afraid of Dragon type Pokemon. His Goal is to cause another Ice age to destroy all civilization within the Atarashi Region to get rid of everyone and everything he hates.

His Pokemon/Fakemon are Blitzarda, Yutosnow, Pontalus, Frostisnow, Taurice, Dikicier, Quetzatuer (Temporarily)
